The key-note speaker to this high profile event, John Evans, the former United States Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia, was recalled from Yerevan in 2006 after he publicly acknowledged the Genocide of the Armenians, thus taking a stand against the official US foreign policy.  During this dinner tribute to Mr. Evans, the Toronto Armenian community will hear Mr. Evans for the first time.
